| Show extended post One problem here is that there's no way to tell what distance you need to be from what. The player trying to go overt won't be able to see overt players in the area, as a result he won't be able to tell if his command will work, nor will he be able to see where he'd have to go in order to make the command work. In addition to that there is the potential problem of preventing players from going overt simply by following them. A plan like 'we should all meet at the station and go overt together' could be prevented by one enemy player. The heart of the problem is that having a command that'll only work, based on conditions that the player cannot monitor or track tend to lead to a huge amount of frustration and confusion. | ||

| Show extended post The way the ability works right now is that you can abort the command within the first 15 seconds by speeding up to over 100. However 15 seconds marks the 'point of no return'. | ||

| Show extended post The speed limit (it's essentially a requirement to stand still) is there to make sure that other ships in the area have a fair chance to gain some distance. Basically, when 'you' press the button, other players (who are paying attention), will now have a chance to make sure you are not right behind them. Once the 15 seconds are up there's a 30 seconds 'free for all' where both players can try to run, prepare to jump or try to gain a good position before either play is able to attack one another. | ||

| Show extended post After some tinkering here's how the ability works now. I expect that this is how it will work when we go to TC / TC-Prime. - You can still use the old space stations. They remain unchanged (With their 30 sec. delay from declaring to being flagged). - It takes 45 seconds to go SF with the command. - When the command is activated you're 'dot' will blink on other radars. It will continue until you're either flagged as Special Forces or until the command is aborted. - If you move at more than 100 speed during the first 15 seconds, the command will abort (You can restart the command again with no cool down). - After the first 15 seconds, the movement restriction is removed. For the remaining 30 seconds you can move freely. Feel free to comment, but please try to leave the personal attacks behind | ||

| Show extended post I mentioned that briefly some time back. Basically I found that most of the Nova Orion mobs had very reasonable drop rates while a few had really low drop rates. I've raised those really low ones up to a 'normal' level. Good luck with the cap Myikul | ||

| Show extended post Hi everyone! I just wanted to add a note to ask you all to read the Galactic Showcase Submission/Badge Info and Archive. We have a large bank of submissions in our inbox, and it just keeps growing. Please understand that if yours hasn't been chosen, it's not personal. We just have more than we can use. On the same note, please try to hold back on the negative criticism. Remember your grandmother's old cliche, "If you can't say anything nice..." We're all different and are allowed to have different opinions. If you don't like the one that was posted, either congratulate them and move on, or just save your comments for one that you like. Constructive feedback is fine, but being rude isn't. Thanks! And happy decorating!
PS - It was a total coincidence that when I unstickied last week's post, I noticed that this week's featured home was mentioned. Complete coincidence. Please don't think that's the way to get your home featured.

| Show extended post I spent a while looking over bugs and ones I thought I could fix. I saw those two and was thinking it would be easy to fix them, only to find out that they weren't bugs. The top bug list in this forum all are bugs that are either a) not possible for me to fix or b) would take more time than I have scheduled to fix. | ||

| Show extended post It was also mentioned that Spit 1-5 do not have any difference. This is incorrect. The damage amounts increase each level. No issues with the Spit attacks have been found. | ||

| Show extended post I do not have a link to where it was mentioned, but someone mentioned that nerfs are supposed to have a 'kick' attack.
Nerfs are not in the horse category for special commands. Nerfs use the goat category and can have the specials 'charge' and 'slash'. The horse category has 'bite' and 'kick'.
Just wanted to clear this up that this is not a bug.
