Exotic attachment caps?

Cant seem to find this any where:

I am trying to acquire capped (or near capped) attachments for weapon assembly and experimentation
the highest i can find on my server is 11 for assembly and 8 for exp

does anyone know the highest stat for these?

(i have pups for both in the 30's, is there a relation?)

Welcome to the SWGCraft forums :D

Assembly Modifier Bits have a conversion ratio of 3, Experimentation 4. So yes, +11 on Assembly and +8 for Experimetation Skill is the highest you can get for the crafted SEAs. The looted SEAs from Pre NGE topped out at +25 (I have a couple in my Shipwright Suit)

You might want to check those Pups again. My understanding is that Assembly Pups would also cap at +11. Of course using all 3 Pups (clothing, armor, weapon) togather could total +33. As of two months ago, when I took my break from the game, there was no such thing as an Experimentation Skill Pup, they did not exist.

Yes :)

And in the guide "Reverse Engineering 101", stickied in this forum, you find the formulas that is used to compute the "caps". On PUPs you compute expected caps, on SEAs they are set in stone as Savacc showed you.

Sorry, I dont RE, could never rap my head around the math.

So I do have a capped suit @ 11/8 ea piece

Wonder why my crafted dps sux so bad (have weapon assembly pups they are 29/33/36)

I get ent buffed, I use perfect 45 crafting station in a research city, I use Port and Pyo-cake, I have weaponsmith tool kit and relic weaponsmith ring *dont have the helping monkey yet*

Other than that what am I missing? My dps is stopping at 1.2k per weapon

*maybe this is a question for a different area...

Sorry if I sound a tad harsh here ;)
There are exactly three formulas in that guide, and one is a simplified version of the other. Do not blame the math for not skimming through the guides.

You mention ent buffs, crafting stations, Bespin port and Pyollian cake, ...
My comment is, you have not read a single word of Reverse Engineering 101.

Now, go read it and figure out why I dare be this brusque :twisted:

Im not an RE'r, I dont want to Re and dont want to know the formulas, Im playing a game, Ill leave the science to others

Now that I know I have a perfect weaponsmith suit, I just gotta figure out why my weapon crafting isnt up to par..

Ill keep looking for those answers and hopefully Ill find a "for dummies" answer :D
