Since I have more time to play with math and planning at work than at home, is there some helpful soul out there that can provide a list of what foods give what buffs on the forum? This way I can be lazy and not have to try it out or read the sony forms that I can't get to.

Yes, great resource, once my eyes adjusted to reading it.

It says that it was updated through 2007, it doesn't have the GU9 info then?

According to the FAQ located just above this thread:

A chart of all known craftable foods (including Mandalorian Wine), their values for filling, duration, buff size, and quantity. This version shows the post-6.8 changes.

And yea, it's my site.

And of course the ISP who never has Internet issues had them over the weekend--what timing. GU 9 is released and less than 48 hours later my site goes down for 36 hours lmao.

Onyx, I recently looked at your spreadsheet once again (I needed to print a new hard-copy for my desk) and I noticed you blacked out the Complexity column. Just cause I'm a lazy half-ewok, could you unshade that?

and while at it, add resources for Kommerken Steak:
40 Herbivore Meat, 40 Cereal, 10 Insect Meat, 10 Greens.

All on Windows 7 RC (Build 7100), except for the iPhone one of course.

EDIT: It might have something to do with the double-border present between Complexity and Flavor
