The quest starts on Naboo, in the Bravo bunker near the Morier [SP]starport. AS Calculator
Here is a link to the Offical SWG Forum which has a link to a great AS tool called ASCalculator. It is at Beta 3 but seems to give accurate results for me. A few tweaks are needed but a great tool.
