Not showing characters for Resto 3

I've tried /mailsave and also creating mail folders in the profile directory and still can't see characters.
I'm playing Res3 too. You are trying to use SWGAide? Are you trying to use the download from this site?
Quite honestly, you should go here https://swgaide.com/ and download their version of SWGAide. They have a forum and Discord. I'm a moderator there too.
